When i look on the online rarity guide here it says that its worth $80.00 but when i look on ebay people are selling it for less than a dollar, which one is right?

Complete, original US Bandai-release copies are still hard to come by.
The Atari re-issue, with different cover art, is common as dirt, complete or otherwise.

Its actually taken a hit thats worse than that. Getting one to even sell at 80 is getting pretty rare now-a-days. That reprint killed any real demand for it because once people could buy it and find out how bad the game really was, its value just plumited down down down. However finding a copy of the BanDai release is still very hard to do.

Yeah, I came across an ex-rental, beat-to-hell, disc-only copy of the Bandai one at a Blockbuster back in 1999 or 2000 or so for $8, and remember trading it in to FuncoLand for something like $120 in store credit, if that gives you any idea how rare it used to be.
I'm surprised they even took it in. It played, but it looked like the bottom of the disc had been rubbed really hard on the sidewalk or something.

I got mine from a GameStop when they started clearing out PSX games, paid less than $10 for it thanks to the reprint. And it didn't look that great condition-wise. Plus, it was missing the inside of the manual.
No joke, that game had been there for a couple years since the price was so high.
