Hey Guys,

Demo hunting has been kind of slow, so I now jump back on to long boxes and long box / small jewel case variants.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Check out my variant chart here:

http://game-rave.com/longbox_need.html

Step 2: Understanding the key:
a) Yes = I own it. :)
b) Need = Confirmed exists, Need it
c) ? = Existence unknown, have it? Sell me it :)
d) No = Currently confirmed to not exist. Have it? Prove me wrong and sell me it. ^_^

Step 3: You profit. I happy. :D

Thanks!
Jason

What is the difference between long plastic and long jewel?

The long box plastic type were not made of clear plastic, i.e. the boxes used for the majority (or maybe all?) PS1 launch titles like Ridge Racer, Toshinden, and Warhawk.

Some games later came in long boxes reminiscent of Saturn cases. The only one that comes to mind is Bust A Move. Anyway, hope that answers your question.

He has it backwards. :)

The launch games were in Saturn Style cases (Ridge Racer, Toshinden, etc). Then Sony went to hard plastic cases, where the artwork was a piece of cardboard glued to the top / bottom of the box. FInally they went to one piece card board cases. And then jewel.

What!? All the game you mentioned came in saturn style cases. In the hunt, track and field, kings field are some of the games that did not.
