Does anyone else wish these titles would come to the U.S.??? I was just looking at some pictures of the Japanese releases and wish some came out here for the PS2.

There is a PS2 disc called "Sega Classics Collection" that has 10 of the Sega Ages games on it.

I really hope Sega bundles together another Classics Collection. I know the first one got fairly negative reviews because of the redone graphics, but I still found it to be quite enjoyable overall. I'd previously been importing them off and on, but having 10 of them on one disc was just a killer deal...especially with Space Harrier, Outrun, Alien Syndrome, Fantasy Zone and Virtua Racing on there. That made it worth $20 alone.
Personally, I loved the redone Space Harrier, didn't mind the graphics in Outrun, prefer the remade Alien Syndrome to any other version, and thought that the Virtua Racing remake was unique and my favorite home version, despite its completely different driving model and graphics engine.
The newer releases are extremely cool, too. I've picked up the Die Hard Arcade and Gunstar Heroes Treasure Box thus far and I'm giving some serious thought into dropping some coin on the Dragon Force and Monster World discs, too.
...just watch out for that Golden Axe remake. Good lord did they manage to fuck that up hard.

And yet, I'm sure I'll find a way to enjoy it, as I am a HUGE Golden Axe fanboy.

Trust me, I love Goldne Axe too, but there is no way you will like that version!
If you do-let us know, we will be glad to knock some sense in you!
