When I was in year 5 or so of primary school I had a freind who owned a BBC which was pretty unusual 8bit comp for Australia. People usually had commodore 64s and sometimes ataris, spectrums, amstrads, SC3000s. Anyway I'd usually go over his every couple weeks to play games and he had this one game that he really liked. I'd usually wanna play mower, reptons or granny's garden but he mostly liked playing this game.
From what I can remember he called it *something* towers or something similair but I looked up ROMs and can't find any with such a name that look like this game. I can't remember much about the game except the graphics were kinda like loderunner on SC3000 - a black background with white lines for graphics such as stick figures (the player was a small stick figure). What was most distinctive about the game was the towers though they had really tall ladders which went vertically up the screen a fair way. And you would climb to the top of these towers for some reason possibly to collect money bags with a pound sign. There might of been some kind of bridge between two towers but I'm not really sure it was a long time ago for me. Anyone have any ideas what game it might be?
