NES/SNES Game Box protectors + styrofoam

Anyone know the source of the NES and SNES plastic protectors that cover the whole box ? I remember reading about them and wanted to know if they can still be purchased.

Also, there was someone selling the styrofoam bits that sit in the NES boxes to even out the cart. Anyone remember that as well?

Thx, took a look but us Canadians will be charged duties/brokerage fees/tax so that adds up since they ship UPS.
