Complete kit, yes (probably more), but not the cart.

Not much because the game sucks balls.
yaton6262 is selling the MVS Kit for $70.00.
I'd say $50.00 for the cart only no more.

Heh, forgotten to take that into account with the game. I'm actually a little tempted to get the full kit at that price...but as you say, it sucks. If only it were KoF98 complete going for that little...
