Too bad its a PAL copy. I'da taken the 124 buck plunge to get it. Hell i'm taking a 130 buck plunge to get a Legendary edition as it is.

Why? The code is legit. The game is real. This isn't like that retard who went online with the beta Echelon code!
The player isn't at fault, it's the distributor who'd get yelled at. And since they don't know who sold the game, the player is in the clear.

Them's Australian dollars, BTW. Worth a lot less than US dollars
Edit: hmm, forgot your currency has gone to pot as well .. so, not so much less than I thought. Still, it's not a hugely unreasonable price by the UK to Aus exchange rate. Only looks to be about £20 ($40) over the odds for what would usually get charged here.

... They didn't do anything to Bioshock or Crackdown players.
Again, they should go after the RETAILERS, not the gamers. Blame them for early leaks.
