You forgot to mention it's a 360 exclusive. The PS3 can't seem to catch a break.

Microsoft is the publisher so its no big suprise that its for 360 only tho. NG was also a Xbox exclusive for years. Speaking of breaks, PS3 will get Eternal Sonata and most likely Ace Combat 6 and Katamari Damacy too. So it can catch a break :P

The combat reminds me a LOT of Onechanbara, which it seems like the US is never going to get. Esepcially the cleaning off the blood.
