I ordered some stuff from the, but for payment they had instructions to email support@japangamestock.com for the link. I ordered from them a couple years back and had a wonderful experience. But now when I email them I get delivery failure.

Any idea whats up? Or how I could reach them?

Not sure why the emails are bouncing back. I ordered stuff last week, but got an email saying they are on vacation until the 23rd when I attempted to ask for a credit card payment link.

Haven't tried to email them since, so I guess we'll find out after the 23rd if they are still working.

Oh, ok. See now that's helpful. No hurry then. ::Yawn:: I thought we'd lost a good store somewhere.

Hopefully that's the reason for the delay. I had problems when I ordered a bunch of stuff off them a few months ago. Even though my credit card was approved they refused to send me my games and wanted me to send a money order. Canceled the credit card transaction and won't be dealing with them again. Their customer service rep was a real ass too. I've heard good things about them from other members so was kind of surprised about their attitude. Everyone else seems to have had a positve experience with them.

Update: They're back, but their email system keeps bouncing my emails. Anyone have anotherway to get ahold of them other than support@japangamestock.com?

You can try the contact page on their site:

BTW, if its worth anything, they did get back to me on the 23rd about my order and now it is shipped. So they are there.

They've emailed me, but I' just need to be resent link to make a payment... It's hard when communication is 1 way. I wonder if they're getting the emails from that form.

Edit:
And thanks to all who have kept me informed.

They had some problem or other with paypal. So they no longer accept it.

JGS seems to be acting mess up all of a sudden.

The option for paying with a ipmo is left out for some reason.

I was gonna order a famicom game, from them but when i click confirm order i just go to (2checkout.com) for paying with a credit card or with a debit wtf !?

YES! Best damn import game store today. Bought a shitload from them and they helped me in my collection (and sanity) tremendously. Nothing like crossing 30+ wants off the ole want list at a time... ;)
