WTB: Cheap working TurboGrafx-16 system

I'm looking to buy very cheap and working.

Must have power, tv connection, system (obviously), and at least one controller.

Other:
Condition is not really important but, nothing horribly abused.
I would like everything working.
I'm not worried about having the box.
I only really want to system, but extra stuff is nice.

Looking to buy around 30ish$ or less. But that can negotiable.

P.S. sorry I put "WTB" in the title ... but it randomly dissapeared.
