Anyone know what happened with this one? It was scheduled for release early this year, but it seems to have disappeared. I always thought it was an odd release for the PSone since it's a fairly new and somewhat advanced PC title. It seems it would be better on one of the next-gen consoles.

Pooh.

Can someone point me to a list of up-to-date upcoming PSone games?

I don't know how reliable this guy ("LordGeo") is, but he keeps updating a list of announced PSX titles in a thread at gamefaqs.com. Make sure you click the "Last Page" link or you'll be wading through a LOT of stuff.

Black & White, December 2003, he says.

Since they're developing Black & White Next Generation for PS2 & Xbox, I'd think the PS1 version would be obsolete. I can't find official word it's been canned, but you may can dig up something on this forum:

No way it'll happen - it's all kids games and dead-cheap budget titles for PSone from now on. Here's the ones just coming in the next few weeks;

FF Origins and Inuyasha should be out at your local store now. Pinobee, MLB2004 and Patriotic Pinball are both almost certain to come out during this month.

Beyond that is anyone's guess - SCEA, EB and Gamestop all have upcoming lists that are entirely disconnected from reality as far as the PSX is concerned (and they're not helped by the rapid rate of cancellation among the games for that system)

There still is some juice left in the Psone, though - there will be new titles through Christmas, I'd guess.
