These may seem like stupid questions but I must ask.

How do you know if an item listed on their site is new or used?

Also, do they ship in a box or use padded envelopes for games?

If anyone can shine some light on these questions, it would be a big help!

It should say used if it's used and you can choose to upgrade to a box for shipping...they give you options.

Yeah, though I requested a padded envelope with my most recent order and they gave me a box. Didn't charge me anything extra for it so no biggie. I just wonder if its a "because its going to Canada" thing. *Shrugs*

The game was in perfect shape though, and there were big angry words on the front of the box warning those who handled it not to harm it. I think there were threats of ninjas. Do they have Ninjas in Hong Kong? Maybe imported ones?
