It'd probably be pretty expensive. Most people seem to ship via NAVL, which is usually ~$400. You can call Michelle for a quote: 800-959-8880 x9465 .

I've though about doing it many times but it always doubles the damn price pretty much, very pricey! Best way to do it is buy local or nearby I intend to buy a MVS cab off a guy in utah just a road trip away (8 hours round trip in my truck) hell of a lot cheaper!

North American Van Lines' door to door service is great, they bring it in for you and everything. (I don't think they do stairs)

I've had two machines shipped to me like this, for $350 and $375. Actually, I don't remember were they shipped from... I think it was Missouri and Ohio, to Alabama.

Moved to arcade alley.

I have heard good things about NAVL. I've also hear horror stories about cheaper shipping companies that don't really treat your items nearly as well. If you want to to arrive in the same condition you bought it, it is probably worth the extra money to go with a reputable freight service like NAVL.

I hope you're getting it for free, otherwise no matter how you ship it you're going to be overpaying. This one (http://cgi.ebay.com/Golden-Axe-by-SEGA-upright-arcade-game_W0QQitemZ230170931184QQihZ013QQcategoryZ13716 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) (in Texas) just sold for $112.

airborne frieght (now DHL) used to have decent shipping for arcade games, but they have to be palleted, and you'll have to pick it up at or near the local airport.

I used another company in the past that wasn't too expensive and they did door to door at your home delivery of any upright arcade cabinet that was properly palleted for about $100. (delivery times varied from how far the game and location are from their home base)

I'll try to dig up the name, I haven't had to ship one in while though.

I've never understood why people ship games that are not extremely rare. It's way too expensive. The shipping costs more than I've ever paid for a single machine. Buy local, pick it up yourself.

Because what they want isn't available locally? I've never seen an Egret II cabinet for sale in Illinois, hence having one shipped here.
