So it's my birthday, and one of my friends got me Kirby Squeak Squad. So this evening I pop it in, and after I press start on the title screen, I got splash image of Kirby holding a cake, wishing me Happy Birthday!
So I got to thinking if there are any other DS, or other console, games that do something like this?

Well, there is Animal Crossing, but that seems a bit obvious. Still though, birthday fun.

The DS itself on your birthday chimes differently.
I think Brain Age 1/2 say Happy Birthday on your B-Day if you play them. I think there are a few more, but i'll have to tinker about and see what I can find/remember.

Doesn't the Neo Geo Pocket do something on yor birthday too, or am i confusing it's horroscope feature and the DS chime?

in castlevania portrait of ruin you can buy a birthday cake on you birthday from the shop (only 2000$) and in a blast from the past, on your birthday in sommer asault on the turbo grafx the boss of the level corosponding to your birthday will shoot powerups instead of bullets.
Simpsons Hit and Run does something for your birthday, can't quite remember what tho.
