I know he has listed them before...but you are not allowed to list homemade carts...they violate copyright laws...so far he has go away with it and none has ever went this high or been listed on the us side before...what he is doing is both misleading and illegal according to ebays tos...

I imagine he just took the inserts from Secret of Mana or Secret of Evermore.
