I bought a SNES advantage..it's dirty, what kind of stuff I could use, I tryed Rubbing Alcohol on it..it took a little bit off, I want all of it off

Try using warm water, soap and a toothbrush.

Is it yellowed? I think those are made of the same plastic as the SNES itself. If it is yellowed due to the particular batch of plastic that makes up the case then you can pretty much assume it will never come off.
I stopped buying SNES consoles that are all or partially yellowed for this reason, unless they are painfully cheap or free.

i've used a dremmel with the polishing tool and goop that comes with it in the past. It takes a lot of work but if you have one, it's worth trying.

Magic Erasers work for everything besides yellow, they might be worth trying
