I think the easiest games for me are:
Felix the cat (NES)
Tiny toons (NES)
Ms. Pac man (Arcade)
Monopoly (all platforms) :P
I´m sure i forgot a lot, but i´m sure the people will remember me some titles...

Aladdin on the Master System. Though it's got superb graphics and what-not, I beat the game within an hour of putting it into my SMS for the first time.

Castle of Illusion for the Master System is VERY easy. AND incredibly short. It can easily be finished within 30 minutes.
Still a very good game though.

Nothing really leaps to mind for consoles, although I do remember being really disappointed in how quickly I beat Gun.Smoke.
At one of the arcades I used to work at, I went into the Primal Rage test menu and set it on its easiest diffulcuty setting. I think it had 16 different difficulty levels! On the easiest you could pretty much just lean forward on the stick and mash the button of your choice and beat the game. Somedays I would forget to set it back to normal, until I'd eventually notice that some five year old had been on the machine for twenty minutes. It was cool though, they'd get to brag to their friends about they'd totally kicked the game's ass.

The original Contra on NES was always one of the easiest games I've ever played. Even without the Konami Code, it's a breeze.
Other than that, the first game that pops in my head is STUN Runner for the Lynx. The first time I played it, I played to the final level. The next game I played, I beat the damned thing in one sitting.

Don't remember the name of the game but when I was a little kid I beat some NES game in like fifteen minutes by accident.

Any game for the super scope. I had one of these when I was a kid and rented every game my local video store had for this (3) and I beat them all in like an hour.

TMNT IV: Turtles in Time for SNES. Bought it new back in the day, took it home, and beat it in easy and normal that evening. I was pissed cause I sold my copy of FFIII to buy it, and after that, I never bought a new game again without renting it first.

My vote has to go to an all-time loser: Sneek N Peek for the 2600. With about three places to hide per board, there was a 1 in 3 chance of finding someone... assuming they didn't peek.
Also, a lot of those unlimited continue games on the NES come to mind... like Breakthru. Yep, there's nothing like buying a game and beating it within the hour.

Zelda Wind Waker, heheh.
Funny, that's exactly what I was going to say. Looks great, plays great, sounds great, but easy as hell.
I haven't died once so far - unlike the Super NES version, which (in my opinion) was the hardest of the series.

Xenophobe on the NES. Once you beat the game's four rounds, it just kept going, and going, and going, much like that irritating rabbit in the Energizer commercial. It didn't get any harder. It didn't get any more fun to play. It just went on and on until you pulled the Nintendo's AC adapter out of the wall and started beating yourself with it in a boredom-induced rage.

Robocop for the Color Computer 3. I bought it at full price since I'm a Robocop fan. Finished it the first time I played it in a couple minutes without losing a life.

"I haven't died once so far - unlike the Super NES version, which (in my opinion) was the hardest of the series."
Now see, I would say Oracle of the Ages for the GBC was the hardest one. Seasons was pretty tame, but Ages was a bitch and a half.

My four year old neice has now finished it twice, the second time in under an hour.

I remember other games:
Contra - NES
Mega man 6 - NES
Aztec adventure - SMS

what, am I the ONLY person that has trouble with contra?
Alright, easy games, let's see:
Final Fantasy 7 - didn't die once going through it. i didn't bother with ruby or emerald weapon...what the hell's the point? I could have beat them, if I'd felt like leveling up forever, or breeding a gold chocobo, but there's no challenge in that, just time and repetition.
Donkey Kong Country I thought was pretty easy.
Mischief Makers for N64 was easy to beat, but hard to master (get an S on every level), does that count?
I beat Space Channel 5 in one sitting in under an hour
Beach Spikers is pretty easy...even world tour mode.
Streets of Rage was easy if played with a friend.
Looking back, the original Mario Bros. is pretty easy. I recently picked it up, after not having not played it for, oh, eight years or so, and wasted it in about 30 min. Never beat it when I was a kid.
Metal Gear Solid was sort of easy too, I think.

The Little Mermaid was a very easy NES game.
Project Snowblind is probably the easiest this generation FPS I've played. I think because there's no save anywhere feature they overcompensated. There's only one difficulty level, you almost never die and when you do there's a nanoboost item that acts like an extra life. The last encounter basically boils down to shooting four targets, one time each.
RC Copter (PS)- you cant really "die", per se; you pilot a toy copter through several levels w/ interesting goals. I beat it in a 3-hour-sitting one night.

You took the words outta my mouth. Very easy game, but I like it a lot, too.
Golf (nes)- Also very simple. All that you do is play some holes of golf ;) My good friend and I really like playing this, though. Its pretty fun to play with another person, but rather boring if you are by yourself.

Chip’n’Dale Rescue Rangers for the NES. I borrowed it from a friend when I was a kid and completed it within a couple of hours. I remember calling him to tell him I’d already beaten it and he didn’t believe me. Funny thing is I bought it recently and found it harder than I used to. I must be getting old!
Easiest game I ever played...
Well, I'll list the games that I got through the first time, which show they were was too easy (for me at least).
Space Iinvaders - PlayStation I (I really liked it, but beat it the first time - in all modes. Still have it though, because its still a good game)
Bust-A-Move 3000 - GameCube (I creamed this thing the first time. Cool game, but I wish it had been more of a challenge)
Bust-A-Move (all versions for the PlayStation I) - I'm just good at this type of game, apparently. I had all the versions for the PlayStation over the years, but I sold them all since every one of them was beat the first time I played them. Just too damn easy - which I dissappointed me!
Attack of the Timelord - Odyssey2 (actually, I 'm just kidding on this one. I can't see how anyone could get through all the levels on it). ;)

Final Fantasy I on the Dawn Of Soul GBA game has a very low diffulty level. At least when it comes to the fights. Even my Black Mage was able to kill most monsters with one hit after playing some hours. But I have to admit that I had some problems with figuring out where to go. Parodious on the S-Nes is also rather easy (in the preset mode I mean), I beat it the day I got it. Which is not common for me.

Mario is Missing for SNES.
I beat it in under an hour the year it came out. I don't remember what year that was but i was still pretty young.
Thank god it was only a rental.
Also Pokemon Snap for N64 only game i ever returned. Beat it in all of 3 hours. Mew was a pain in the ass to get. Other than that i had all the stupid little special pokemon taken too. Pikachus dancing, Pikachus on the stumps the legendary birds etc
Only working game i ever returned. And on the same day i bought it none the less

As two others have already mentioned, Mario Is Missing is extremely easy. I played the NES version and beat it in no more than an hour. Not a single challenge whatsoever (except trying to beat it as fast as possible).

I never play RPG's because they are kind of hard for me to play. So when I got Front Mission 3 for the first time I knew I was in for some trouble. Come to find out it was easy and in depth just enough for me to beat twice. To this day its still one of my favorite games. :D
