I have not dealt with hayabusa, but I can say this. He charges a lot for items that are not worth as much for one thing. He is stating these small amounts of boards will fit in two boxes and will cost a lot to ship, but assumed that 100 Arcade PCBS would fit in one box and could be shipped to Canada at less than $100....
Just off of those two things alone I won't deal with him.

since they came that way & was already packed well & protected

I could always Stack them up & during shipement they could break Caps & bend other component no problem with that
but since i don't like the ideas of maybe have them DOA I wanted to do it that way

Well there was the N64 copier and the SNES copier. I wouldn't have paid have of what you were first asking.

I got the same SNES copier you were selling for 10$ from another forum member on CCJVQ.

At another time you were looking for NES titles. I had some extra and offered them to you. You wanted to pay 12$ shipped while it would have cost me around 9-10$ to ship them.

I know that these games are not that rare of worth a lot.
