I think it is complete as far as the games goes, it was a pack-in. I don't think it came with a back insert. I may be wrong, though.

Not sure. I think it might have been put in a sleeve.

Your game is indeed complete. No back insert was made for the US. Make sure to sell it as such. One of the best pack-ins ever IMHO.

Yup, same thing with Ys Book I and II (which had NOTHING BUT the disc in a white jewel case).
