Wraith Storm

Today my girlfriend and I went to go see Resident Evil: Extinction. We went to a theater that we don't normally go to because it was a bit closer and we had a few other things to do. Before the movie I decided to stroll the arcade and they had the usual games most arcades around Tulsa have. They had House of the Dead and the Daytona USA twin cabnet. They also had a generic "Arcade Classics" cabinet that had Donkey Kong in it which was pretty cool. But nothing could prepare me for what I saw next. It was both very cool and made me very angry.
First let me say that for years I have wanted a 4-slot Neo-Geo MVS. I have seen some here and there that are scuffed up and have the nice logo on the side of the cab falling off and it makes me sad because I really want one. For my friends and I to play on but also to preserve. Seeing a mint 4-slot MVS is a thing of beauty to me and they are only getting harder to find in pristine condition. Any way...back to the arcade at the theater...
In the very back they had the Mega Man: Power Battle arcade game. That was really cool because I didnt think that either of the arcade Mega Man titles were released in the US. But what REALLY made me mad was the cabinet that housed the game. It was a MVS cab that had all the decals stripped from its sides and spashed with a coat of dull blue paint from head to toe. It still had the Neo-Geo label on the joystick housing but I guess the game only required 3 buttons so one button for each player was removed. For some reason the memory card port was still in the cab but of course it was all bashed and scuffed up.
My girlfriend and friends could care less, but I thought maybe someone here might feel the same way I do.
