Just got Live the other day, had a few questions. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Can other profiles on my 360 Sign into live and get achievements other than me the registered Live user? Or, do I have to buy two 12 month accounts and set them up for two different profiles?

If I download arcade games for one profile to my hard drive, do I have to re download those games again for another profile?

I think that is it atm.

Also, Why does Streets of Rage 2 seem way, way too easy?

For the sake of clarity: Gamertag = Account

Every gamertag has its own (free) Xbox Live Silver account. To play online, each gamertag will need its own separate Xbox Live Gold account. Any gamertag can get achievements (Gold or Silver accounts).

All accounts can play the full versions of XBLA titles provided their accounts are on the same 360 that the XBLA games were purchased and originally downloaded on.

If you are on a different 360, only the original gamertag (who purchased the XBLA games) can play the full versions...and that's only when they are signed into XBL. If you're "offline" nobody can play the XBLA games...even if you are the original account that bought them. All your "full" versions turn into "trial" versions.

It's also worth noting that some games will require you to be signed in in order to play the full version.

Not saying you're going to unplug your system from its new-found internet tether, but I run into that when I transport my console back and forth and don't feel like wiring it up.

It would be way, way too easy for me if the 360 d-pad could perform worth a damn. I have one that doesn't go up and another that doesn't go right. I've only owned them since February.

In regards to your achievements if you want them on one tag, then your set. However if your Brother or Trisha wants to keep track of their own achievements but your not really wanting to let them post their achievement records or scores online, then just create extra new Silver accounts on the dashboard and select the approprate Tag when booting up the system.

And if you think Streets Of Rage is easy, go play that lovely 'cheap hit classic' TMNT 89. You'll be tossing that controller real quick.
