So this girl buys a poster from me from a back issue of Nintendo Power magazine for 99 cents plus 3 dollar shipping. I ship it out to her...then two weeks later she emails me this:
hi it has been almost 2 weeks now and still no item.
i was wondering you said you mailed this out and i still have yet to receive it i will wait until end of the business day on Wednesday.
at that time if the poster is not in my possession i will then take the next step and file a dispute with e bay, upon filing of that dispute if i still do not receive this poster i will a claim with pay pal to get my money back for this item.
and if i do not receive my money from pay pal cause i know what morons they can be i will contact the local authorities in your area to file all necessary charges to acquire the return of my money along with compensation for my wasted time, and any and all lawyer fees and court costs and if necessary any transportation fees.
thank you
this all up to you now

Not only do I clearly state in my auctions that I cannot be held responsible if an item gets lost by the post office in the mail or stolen...but this person is actually threatening to take me to court over a one dollar item! Some people just astonish me with their stupidity! I offered to send her another one since I have tons of them...still waiting for her response though.
