Check the totel unique feedback, take away the one negative feedback he has. Then compare with the feedback rating. I wonder how that person got the extra feedbacks? :?

It says in the past 6 months he has 360 feedbacks. Maybe he had an old account and merged with this one?

I fail to see the problem.
Feedback Summary
539 positives. 500 are from unique users.
3 neutrals.
3 negatives. 3 are from unique users.
500-3=497.
Correct?

That's not what it said when I read it... when I Read it it actually had an ~200 discrepancy.
