What is something like that worth?? I am not into the adventurevision much, just curious. Looks pretty nice for an older system

approximate value in working condition loose- $1,000 to 1,300
box approx worth $200+ in good condition
broken (parts units) - worth maybe 250 to 500+
games worth approx 75- 125$ loose or boxed

next to impossible to find

I've never understood peoples obsession with this system. It's crappy, only has four games, and the controls are too small (at least for my hands). It almost seems to have a cult following. I wouldn't mind owning one just for the curiosity value, but not at those prices. Honestly I don't think it's as ultra rare as people seem to make it out to be, I see a few on ebay every couple of months.

The system itself surely does suck ass but damn if that isn't a sweet deal. Let's face it, Willie didn't want one so that he could play Adventurevision Turtles, he wants it for it's collectibility.

God help me if I'm wrong about that :)

Nice score, buddy.

He played for OVER an hour last night. While drinking beer. I'm surprised he's still able to see correctly this morning. And doesn't that thing make the most ANNOYING sounds! I was playing WW and I kept turning the volume up so I wouldn't hear.
But I've never seen boxes for the games before, this is a first. They look really good.

Why won't you tell us how you got them?Is it like a super secret or something?

I'm not picking on you, just wondering.... :hmm:

I think the people who score stuff like this have a don't ask don't tell policy.

We all have our sources, most of which we can't share. Then they wouldn't be our sources any more. They'd be yours.

I think it's reasonable not to tell details. It's not that easy to get stuff. It's not like dropping in on your local Game Stop to find a store full of choices.

Shhh! It's a secret!

I have a mint set (games are even sealed) at the Classic Gaming Expo museum - you must have missed it last year! Well I'll just have to come up with something original now that everyone owns one of THESE! Ha!

Dang, you struck it rare. I can't find anything rare around here lately. The best thing I've found is Pooyan for the 2600 and Magic Carpet for the PSX. Good job Willie

@Willie--Outstanding find. Well done. I'm especially impressed that you played and enjoyed it. You're a true renaissance man.

@Six Switch--Don't worry, soon you'll start finding your own secret sources that you can keep to yourself. I've got a few that I keep secret myself.

Likewise, I don't reveal my secret spots for mushroom and raspberry picking--I'd almost rather give away my game spots than give those away. (Maybe it's blasphemy to say such things here.)
