Resident Evil S.T.A.R.S Racoon PD Baseball Cap NEW Never Worn

I bought PDS new at toys r us years ago and never got around to playing it. I'd like to fire it up and play it now but I don't want to ruin the collector value of it. So if someone really needs this for their collection, I'm willing to sell it for a fully complete Minty Fresh Like new version and some cash.
I have a lead on the 5 TurboGrafx games and need to make an offer on them. I'd like to make a fair offer so if anyone can give me a True Value and a recommended Offer Value, that would be great.
As far as the ResEv hat goes, I rotate between wearing a Slayer, Bears and Cubs hat and since I don't collect hats I don't need this. So if anyone wants it, make an offer.
Thanks!!

PDS is around $300 last I knew.

as for the Turbo games. Thats a tough call as you don't see theose sealed very often, then again the TG is kinda a niche group of people. Here's some fair ballpark estimates.

Magical chase $600
Dynastic Hero $350
Super Air Zonk $250
Terraforming $100 ish
Soldier Blade $100 ish

as for the hat I have no idea

Panzer dragoon saga about $400 without any cracks etc.

Dynastic Hero. $ 500 also with no cracks etc and factory sealed.

Magical Chase. Hard to tell on this one. Could go as low as $500 and as high as $750.

Super Air Zonk- $250 or so is about right

Terraforming- $160-$210.

Soldier Blade- $100 or so is about right.
