Anyone notice, that in the past month or so that the price for AR for the XBOX has almost doubled? I've seen them on clearance at retailer recently for 25.00, and have been wanting to pick it up. I guess now is the time right, before they go up any more. I may pick up a second copy to sell if I cand find one. I hope the store still has them though, because I'm not about to pay that much for one. Why the high price, so sudden. I know they're phazing them out, but other cheat devices don't seem to be as much. Maybe it's the special application these things can put on the XBOX right? I want to try it for NES and SNES emulation of some collectors games I can't afford. I would rather play one on my TV than on the computer, I guess. So really... do you think these are worth what people are paying on ebay? Has anyone else paid this much outside of ebay? I thought about putting this question in the ebay forum... But I'm not listing a specific item, and I was wanting the know the value of it outside the ebay marketplace as well. If this violates this particular forums rules, then please feel free to move the thread to "everything ebay." I just had to decide between the forums to post this in.

perhaps there is some sort of exploit utilizing the AR for easy homebrew/emu.

Are you using it to collect or as an actual Action Replay?

It's possible to make your own Action Replay if someone were interested to do so :)

Yeah I was reading about how to make the thing... but I went by and picked up a few today @ 25.00 each. Getting rid of other 2 on ebay so they basically pay for the third one I'm gonna use. Luckily they still had quite a few, even though they've been sitting there a while. I hope the value holds for a bit, so I can get my money back.
