Once again Play Asia has sent me the wrong game!

I must say I enjoy Play-Asia, don't get me wrong, but my gosh, they screw up on a lot of orders!

I paid for Gunstar Heroes Treasure Box for PS2! What do I get: An unknown Game Boy Advance game instead!

Anyone else have these type of problems? Thank God I paid by Paypal...dispute resolution is a plus...as opposed to having no means of fighting it...

only ordered with them once (D&D collection for saturn with a 4in1 cart) order was quickly shipped and packed nicely pricing was what everyone else charged.

Had them track down two games for me after this first order (crows the battle action, psychic killer taraoumaru) and they found them quite quickly (week or two) and I've ordered crows and expect it fairly soon.

Japan Video games doesn't know how to pack and Play Asia screws up my order!

NCS is the only import company that can get it right! I guess it is good after all that I only BUY NEW!

I never had a problem with play-asia. Ncsx doesn't carry a lot of what I like, which is dreamcast stuff anymore. (unless there's a hidden stash?) so it's japangamestock(used) or play-asia (new stuff)

Hmm I have been using them since about 2002 and I have never had an issue with a wrong product shipped to me, the only time I had a problem with pa was when they accidentally shipped a game to france instead of canada, so I had to wait about a week but I did get it and they gave me an extra discount for the wait.

NCSX has outrageous shipping prices for outside of the US, they do not take pay pal either and their stock is quite laughable, to be honest everywhere but ebay and play asia is laughable for stock, NCSX is a tad better than yes asia ( who has free shipping but their stock sucks cock too ), so I just ignore those places, I can log on any given month and 99% of the time find anything I want at PA.

I've never had any problems ordering anything (import soundtracks, Systems, games, card holders) from them and i've been doing it for a good 4+ years. Orders have run the gamet on when I placed them, from pre-orders made MONTHS in advance to items that were in immedate back-order on release. I love Play-Asia.

ive import lots of games from playasia but there was some wrong in the end till ive found mailorderjapan.com less expensive good conditions n quik replies ..\\^_^/

Just had my first messed-up order with PA. Ordered Halo 3 whilst I was galavanting about, they send me the Chinese language version (even though it was to be dual English/Chinese). It's got English subs, but they don't work in game, only in cut scenes. Very annoying, and they won't refund.

Fortunately I found someone local to trade with. It's the last time I pre-order anything via them, though!

yesasia doesnt carry dreamcast stuff. so no good for me.

mailorderjapan has insanely high prices. $45 for Soulcalibur, and they list every possible dreamcast game, but don't keep an inventory system. Pointless to try it imo.

Play asia screwed up one order out of the dozen or so I've placed with them. It was a few years ago, but I think they forgot to send me a game. I let them know and they immediately sent it out to me along with a few free (and common) dreamcast games. Everybody makes mistakes, what's important is that they rectified it quickly. I'm 100% satisfied with them.
