All i can say is that console is a:
1) plain rip-off of Wii
2) it is twice cheaper then Wii
3) it has same controlles as Wii

From what I understand it's just a DVD player. It doesn't actually play games (note that there are no screenshots in the ad).
Edit: Wait, I found a scan with game screenshots. Also, I was thinking of the Wee, which is only a DVD player that looks like the Wii.
I assume it has built in games and an inflatable Jet Ski peripheral. I doubt it actually plays Wii games.
I have one of those things you plug into your TV with 10,000 NES games and clones. The case makes it look like an N64 controller. There are really only a dozen games, each with hundreds of clones.

Remember the Tramcast; that one was from China too, and it really did play Dreamcast-games, VCDs and copied games. It had a nice LCD-screen too.
