Final Releases for PC Engine, MD, Super Famicom

Does anyone know what the last game released for each of the above? Specifically the date, month and year. I'm talking about the Japanese and not the NA btw.

I will throw in the question of what was the final release for Mega CD and PC-Engine CD as well.

dead of the brain was a pc-engine title, I don't know what the last hucard was. I think its PC Genjin 3 (Bonk).

I'm positive that the last mega cd game was a make your own video, I think it was nickleback. ;)

I think the last Mega CD title might have been Shadowrun. It was released in February of 1996. I don't know of any other Mega CD releases that year.

I confirm in Japan the last Mega CD game was Shadowrun

On PC Engine Hucard, the very last game is 21 Emon.
