Shokenden:The Ultimate Fighting Game for the PlayStation, Any info?

I was looking through my ps1 games and I opened the base loaded 96 double header long box on the inside there was an ad for a coming soon fighting game called shokenden the ultimate fighting game from jaleco.

I don't think it was released but does someone have a prototype? I think that would be a holy grail. The photos looked like it showed gameplay. It was the first time I notice that game since I had it.

I can't think of it hitting here in the states, but that doesn't mean that it didn't hit in Japan (Jaleco was a Japanese company) possibly under a different name.
