Okay, could someone tell me WHAT that piece of Metal is from :

I need one myself for the mod, but he doesn't say what the piece of metal is from. Is it just an ordinary everyday thing you can find in any store?

That little piece of metal looks like its just there so he can pull the cart out when hes done. Doesnt seem to do anything else.

Yes, I know.

I am going to do the same with my cart, but I need to know what the Metal is, so I can recreate it for my own cartridge... I want to pull my cart out too.

To me it looks like the copper piece inside a flashlight. Maybe one of the pieces that slides up and down when you turn it on.

Original is rarer, they're not worth the same amount.

I was going to buy a normal off Nintendo's website, but they want to screw you over with a 1.25 exchange rate when the dollars are almost even.

From what it looks like, it resembles a piece of metal trim from a pen clip.

I'm sure you could create a piece using two paper clips.

Um, I have the original UK version of the DS browser and IMHO, I am not impressed too much by it.

It's slow, it doesn't have too many features, even if it is based on the Opera browser which is awesome on the Wii and to top things off, I just can't seem to find too many WiFi hotspots that are free.

I guess I'm just one of the few DS web browser owners who are irritated at the lack of free WiFi.

A guy at another site said that on the back of new games, there is a security tag on the shrinkwrap, and if you rip that white UPC tag off, inside it are 2 strips like that.

Well, I still had an unopened game, and sure enough, those strips are there.

HOWEVER, is it safe to use those? I assume they are magnetic, as they are security tags.

Do you think it's safe?

Those tags are deactivated by the time you walk out of the store. The only way that they would still be active is if when you bought sed game that the doors DO DO DO'd you when you left after purchasing the game.

Besides its not the strips you have to worry about, its the de-sensor pads that do bad things to other magnetic strips. Those are the powerful things that wipe credit card strips and the like.
