I was reading threw threads here on the classic gaming board, and came across a battery back up thread. This made me think, what games have battery back up saving for the Genesis? Genesis is supose to be my specialty but off the top of my head I can only think of Sonic 3, and I think Landstalker (If im thinking of the right title) has battery back up .
Anyway enough talk, heres what I can think of:
Sonic 3
Landstalker
Phantasy Star games? I own them but never got into any Phantasy Star other than PSO.

Shining Force 1 & 2
I would also assume any other RPG. I would also assume most of the sports games so that you could save seasons in progress.

- Light Crusader
- Wonder Boy in Monster World

I didn't list any of the sports games, as you can save in just about every one published after '92.

I never opened mine up, but I know you can save on Sonic 3 so I would assume there is a battery. But you know what they say about people that assume things, they make an ass out of you and me.
