How much do you think 2 gutted arcade cabinets are worth? One was a Marble Madness and the other a Pac-Man plus. All the electronics has been ripped out. Cabinets physically look good. I was thinking about making MAME machines out of them.

Not much from what I see. In good condition somewhere around $100 each tops because whoever gets them would then need to purchase the electonic components, RGB screen and other things. You are better off turning them into a MAME machine unless you have no room for them, then sell them if it's possible.
