Hello, I can't take pictures at the moment but I can take them later.

I have a Sony IVO V11 Portable CD-I player Complete.

While not in use, the laser eye's motor seemed to have died. Otherwise the system is completely working. I have the power cord, box, and all inserts.

I also have two games complete
Video Pinball and Video Speedway. It includes all inserts and so on.

I want to later on try to sell it for someone to fix or get it fixed.

but what would the worth be in the present condition?

I'd guess not more than $50. The motor of a laser normally doesn't die, it's more likely that the laser itself is broken. Getting a replacement laser is nearly impossible or very expensive, so you're lucky if you find someone who can use its spare parts and pays you 50 bucks. Otherwise, keep it and put it in a showcase. ;)

I've tested it. The laser lights up and tries to read. But the housing won't move.
Even if I change it's position.

It can still be something else, like a broken gear or faulty piece of electronics that controls the motor. Mind you, I've repaired and reconditioned dozens of lasers from retro consoles, and none of them ever had a broken motor.

i have seen lose ones go for $20 broken so $30-40 is my guess. I can hardly imagine that it is the motor that died though.
