I've never seen one of these. Are they compressed or something? Do they play as well as the originals?

I don't have one, but I saw it too on Ebay for like 90.
Its just a bunch of shitty boots, which are almost always inferior.

I thought there were a couple Japanese MVS multi carts.....not sure though.

Nope, no MVS multicarts. Any AES/MVS multi carts are bootlegs.

You mean on the Neo Geo or just in general?
There's been plenty of legit multicart releases on other systems. Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt comes to mind. As do a number of third party Atari 2600 releases including the double-enders if those count. There's been a lot of 2-in-1 releases of previously relesed games on the GBA as well. I'm sure we could come up with dozens of other examples if we put our heads to it, but lets not do that, shall we not?

Multicarts on the Neo Geo are bootlegs, period. SNK didn't authorize any of them and they just popped up recently.
