Yes it was made for the Army for rifle training. I went through Boot Camp in 2000 and had the privelidge of playing it first hand. It is really unique, you fire at the target then the game shows an exact ghost of how much you moved the rifle and how much slop you had and how long it took to fire. There was several different modes of play. It was definitely unique but not amazing. I probably will never own one or play it again but at least I can say I've played it before. Pretty neato stuff!
