Is this real? Anyone have any info on this? At first I thought it was fake, but it looks like nintendo might of actually made this back in the day.

Definitely fake. There's an image of Yoshi and Baby Mario from from the box art for Yoshi's Island DS two minutes and 34 seconds into the video.

SMB 2 gameplay combined with Legend Of Zelda: OOT sound effects plus DS cover art, plus Sonic sound effects not to mention a bad pilfering of old Captain N animation = fake.
WTF, it says you've got to be 18 to view it. I'm not signing up to verify my age :/
