yet another quick wii classic controller question

hello all. have a quick question, sorry i didnt find it through search... anyway

can i play GC games on my wii using the classic controller?

are there any gamecube third party controllers that arent shaped like the original? i hate that controller so much...

No, Im pretty sure yo have to use a gamecube controller with gamecube games.

Nope, you can not use a classic controller.

However, Hori made a Gamecube controller that looks a lot like a SNES pad. I've never tried one but have heard only good things. I think that they might have been import only, but like any hardware it will work on a US system.

yeah i know about the hori pad. they actually sold (sell?) them at nintendo store in nyc.


i wanted something with analog, something i can use to play real games, without the gay button layout or silly design. god last time nintendo made a good controllers was the snes...
