I recently was going through my collection, and noticed these two old games:

I knew they were nothing special, just the same old product display copies.
But then I noticed that those paper slips the game names were written on had something on the back side. I pulled them out and found this:

It is hard to tell in this picture, but these appear to be some sort of mock up of the box art. The pictures are all cut out, and glued into place.

You can see here where I slid a card under where the picture was peeling up. The picture of Walter Payton is actually cut out of a real photo.
Has anyone ever seen this before? I did not see it on any rarity guide.
