Wanted: Opinion on Xbox 360 Arcade Sticks

As the title states I'd like some opinions on the Xbox 360 Arcade sticks like the Hori DOA, Hori EX2 or the Mad Catz stick. I'm thinking of buying one and would like some advice. I've read reviews on all of them, but sometimes they can be skewed and I would give more credence to reviews from this site.

The Hori sticks are identical beyond the decals. They're average at best. They're useless for 4 way games like Pac-Man, making the Xbox 360's analog stick and sucky d-pad look good in comparison. Mine has worked out decently with games like Galaga, Xevious, and stuff like Streets of Rage 2. It doesn't live up to expectations or their usual standards, but for games which require digital control and all 8 directions, it does a decent job.

The MadCatz stick is useless. I'm surprised anyone would consider it after looking at how its configured completely different from anything before, and the build quality is very poor. The only thing I could think of that could save it is if the spinner works well for upcoming XBLA games like Tempest and Warlords.

Well here is deal, unless you are going to get a custom stick built (likely the best bet but it cost moneys) the Hori stick is the only stick. It is fair enough and work good enough for me when I play Wartech: Senko no Ronde, or Contra, TMNT, and Time Pilot.

The mad cats stick controller is look like a joke contraption slap up together LOL
