I came across a couple of pictures on System 16 of a cell shaded/cartoon version of HotD3. One of the pictures has the Xbox logo in the bottom corner.

Anyone got any more info on this canned version?

Those were the screens released when the game was first announced. They soon made the decision to scrap that style. Those screenshots are all that exist of that version as far as I know.
