Yup, that'll work and the price isn't too bad. There's a local mom and pop video game store back home where I got a used 2GB stick for $20 and they had used 4GB ones for $45.

I've used http://dealnews.com/memory/ to find cheap memory before. It'll give you a nice selection of online retailer's prices and which one's the lowest.
