In the April 2002 issue of GamePro they ran a competition to win the last Dreamcast manufactured signed by all the design team and a whole pile of DC games.

I think this could be considered one of the ultimate 'finds'. Does anyone know where it ended up (ie: does anyone know the person who won it?)

I remember that GamePro contest, but don't know offhand who won it. I think they printed the winner's name in a later issue though, so you could probably find it.

Wow, that's really cool. Who exactly signed that?

The heads of all of Sega's development studios at the time. Or at least most of them. I clearly see Visual Concepts, Sonic Team, Smilebit, Hitmaker, Sega Rosso, and Wave Master. On closer inspection the top left signature looks like T. Mizuguchi (UGA). Bottom right is Noriyoshi Oba (Overworks). Top right might be Nagoshi (Amusement Vision). That leaves AM2 and Wow Entertainment. Not sure what that scribble in the middle is. It doesn't look like two signatures though. But I guess it could be.
