Game/manual translations?

I did a search and found some old threads on this subject, but I'm interested in finding translated manuals and/or games for my imports. Megadrive, Neo Geo Pocket, and Wonderswan mostly. Some of the games are very hard to try to get through without knowing the text, especially the rpgs.

Is there a site with any translated games or manuals?

I'm not sure of any sites for translations off hand for manuals (I'd be interested to know some though) I usually go through Game Faqs and sometimes you can get lucky and have some pretty decent walkthroughs or menu/controls translations. Not sure if you have ever tried them but It's a start anyways. :)
