I dont know how many people see these floating around ebay or not, but there are these clear cases that are excellent protectors for SNES/NES/Genesis Boxes (probably others as well). I got one from an auction, and loved it... after finding out how much the only seller was selling them for, I figured why not find the supplier and do a group buy. I want to get about 50 myself, but the more I get the better price I can get.

The dimensions of the case are: 5 3/8" x 1 1/2" x 7 3/8" and they are made from clear PVC. Have pop-top and bottoms. Pretty solid looking case.

Here is how I want to work this, Ill do everything from ordering to shipping them out. They will be .57 each, or 100 for $55.00 thats a pretty solid deal. If I can get a 1000 piece order it will be .47 each, and if I can get a 5000 piece order it will be .37 each. These prices will be for EVERYONE. If you order 10 and there is a 5000 piece group buy, guess what you get your 10 for $3.70.

Shipping will be via priority mail and dependent on the number you order. Generally, for larger orders I will ship them flat rate priority mail, $9.95. Smaller orders will be priority mail, from $4.60. This way there are DC's for everyone! I choose to ship priority, which does add a tad bit to the cost, to protect everyone from long transit times and to give DC's. Its the only way to fly. If you want to ship first class, and want to order just a handful, I can do that as well, just keep in mind first class doesnt have DC's.

So that I dont get stuck with a lot of "I want in" and no follow through, I will do pre-orders via paypal and wont ask extra for fees. This also helps me do a simple batch mailing as well! If you want to be a part of this, please PM and then Ill send you a paypal invoice. I'm going to bump this for about a week, potentially more depending on interest levels!

Thanks! And, please check my feedback... i strive to be upright buisness person when I do trades, buys, sells, etc. I am more than willing to give you as much info as needed to give you piece of mind.

I don't think he was trying to hijack the thread, I think he was just trying to give you some friendly information and advice.

Hmmm hard one to call here... it's not quite a thread hijack, because it does offer some advise given that the person in question isn't actually doing the "selling". I'm going to leave this one for now, if anyone wants to take up Jasen's offer then go ahead...

Yeah Mayhem but the "helper" could simply have PM'ed the OP about it rather than derailing the thread. The thread IS in buying and selling.

I have a couple of these already and they are fantastic little cases and protect well. A good and wise investment to keep your games clean and free from the dust, potential scratches, etc.

Are they cPVC or uPVC?

High Density PVC, generally used for storing pictures. Ill email the company and ensure they are lignin free and see if they have the exact PVC spec.

Edited the original post to clear up any ambiguity with pricing and shipping.

The point of the group buy is to get everyone these cases for the $.37 price per case, regardless of how many you order.

Others sell small quanties for $.80 each.

Just heard back from the company, and they confirmed they are High Density PVC with NO LIGNIN.
