According to the last Digital Press Collector's Guide these games are worth $15 and $20 respectively.

Would you say that the bidders of these auctions are grossly over paying or is the book value of these games in the guide just off?

How does one estimate a value of homebrew games anyways when the authors can make as many (or as little) as they feel like making at any given moment?
