Sega CD Question

I know for a fact Copied Games could be played on the Sega CD..I thought I heard you could run Genesis ROM's on it, Is that true, Can the Model 1 Sega CD run Copies also

You can flash genesis and 32x games from a CD (using the sega cd) to a special cart and play them . Check this out.

I've been seeing this question get asked for years, and no, it isn't possible at all.

well if all you wanna do is play Genny ROMS, they have emulators for that...
