Yeah, I thought it was pretty original in that no collection really has any depth to it. Usually if somebody has 1,700 games, they've got pretty hefty amounts of games for a few systems. This guy's got some games for a hefty amounts of systems. (Although his Virtua Boy collection is complete or close to it).

Wow! $1500 just for shipping. I think I'd just take a trip and go pick the whole pile up in person.

His price estimates are stupidly high and I agree, for such an old collection it's not particularly interesting.

He's missing the VB US jack bros.
What a steal! The winning bidder will regret it

I hate that grading system... "Unbelievably Rare" for Tengen Tetris. There are at least 15 copies of that game on ebay at this very moment.
I do like that NUON collection.

I imagine his use of the DP guide was only in cases where they gave a higher estimate than the going eBay rate. His numbers are definitely much higher than the actual worth of the lot, case in point with CHRISTMAS NIGHTS, which he has listed at $70. On eBay it usually goes about $40 (which is insane since I bought two a couple years ago for a combined $10), and in the guide it's at $25. Good on him, though, because that lot will probably hit $10,000 and beyond.

Yeah, the prices are high, but the bidding is at about 60% of what he quoted the collection at with 2 days left, and already above his reserve.
If you check his link, he has different shipping prices for different parts of the country. $1,500 represents the most expensive distance.

As I said on NA, the best part of the auction is Bill Cosby.

95% feedback is pretty low to be selling something this expensive. 11 negatives in the last year, several neutrals, and they're all pretty harsh.

I should sell stuff in a huge lot like that. That's a crazy price.

Yikes, some of those are pretty harsh negs. This one, however, is my favorite...
