I have been offered a boxed copy of Chavez II for about $13 EUR or $19 USD
Not too sure about NTSC SNES games but does that sound like a good deal?

It's an excellent deal. probably worth more like 50-80 US complete. Make your own judgment based upon that if it's missing the instructions.
