I would say it would be somewhere between 170 to 220 as a lot.

I agree with that estimate, although personally I wouldn't buy the lot for more than $150.

I also agree. With the exception of Gears of War, most of those games are now platinum hits or heavily discounted selling for $20 new with a few in the $30 range new.

$200 for the lot. You`ll probably get more on e-bay though.
